Client Responsibilities

Project delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or incomplete communication may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Payments

All payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.

Project work may be suspended if payments become overdue.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and third-party platform charges.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property, source code, creative assets, strategies, documentation, marketing materials, designs, and deliverables created by Nexades remain the property of Nexades until full payment has been received.

Upon receipt of complete payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client, excluding any third-party software, frameworks, plugins, licensed assets, or proprietary Nexades tools used during development.

Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms including advertising networks, hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, plugins, APIs, or software maintained by independent providers.

Nexades shall not be responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, policy updates, security incidents, or operational issues arising from third-party providers.

Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing, advertising, and website development involve numerous variables beyond our control.

Accordingly, Nexades does not guarantee specific results including revenue, sales, profitability, lead generation, advertising performance, return on investment, conversion rates, search rankings, or business growth.

Past performance should never be interpreted as a guarantee of future outcomes.

Website Availability
