Non-Refundable Services

Since these services involve irreversible time and labor, completed work cannot be refunded.

Exceptional Refund Requests

Partial Refunds

The amount of any partial refund shall be determined exclusively by Nexades.

Client Cancellations

If a client voluntarily cancels a project after work has commenced, payments already made shall generally remain non-refundable.

Completed deliverables, project milestones, consultations, and work performed up to the cancellation date remain chargeable.

Third-Party Costs

Expenses paid to third-party providers including advertising platforms, domain registrars, hosting companies, software providers, plugins, APIs, payment processors, or similar services are strictly non-refundable.

Such charges are governed by the respective third-party providers.

Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid to Meta or any other advertising platform are never refundable by Nexades.

Clients remain solely responsible for advertising platform charges.

Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or banking claim, clients are encouraged to contact Nexades directly so that reasonable efforts may be made to resolve the matter professionally.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of services and appropriate legal action where permitted by law.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to banking and payment provider processing periods.

Nexades is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways.

Policy Changes

Nexades reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
